Please Note: Zube operates a zero bullshit policy.

Which means we won’t give bullshit or take it. 
You can expect fairness and honesty from us at all times and we respectfully request the same in return. 
You are one of our own and we won’t mess you about.


From a rogue tradesman right through to a high level, spineless & corrupt politician, we can smell the bullshit a mile off.

Our terms and conditions are designed for your protection as well as ours – please don’t try it on!

Definitions:

We/Us = Zube

You/Your = you, the student/customer/person using Zube

Zube Box/Bags:

Mesh Bag – for smalls/personal items. Items placed inside this bag will not be directly handled until after they have been cleaned. 

Special Care Bag: for any items which have special requests, which are charged at an extra cost per item. By placing items in your Special Care bag, you give consent for any items placed in Special Care which care labels are marked with P, to be Wet or Dry Cleaned. 

Standard Laundry Box/Bag: All items, including Mesh Bag, and Special Care bag must be placed inside the Standard Laundry Zube Box/Bag, and will contribute towards the total box/bag allowance. Depending on how you register, you will receive a Zube box, or  Zube bag – both products hold the same capacity. 

● Service Standards:

It is your responsibility to ensure:

● All pockets are checked before handing your laundry box/bag to our driver 

● You have selected, and double checked you have ordered the correct services from us, before handing over your laundry box/bag to our driver 

● If you have made a mistake on your order, you let us know as soon as possible

● You choose the Colour Catcher option when placing your order, to best avoid any colour runs

● Items are placed inside the correct laundry bags before handing it/them over to the driver 

● Your laundry box/bag is secured before handing it over to the driver 

● Your laundry box/bag is not overfilled or unable to close. This may lead to your laundry being refused or you being asked to remove items. 

● Your laundry is handed over in a Zude provided box/bag only. Any other box/bag may be refused. 

● Your laundry box/bag stays in good condition and fit for purpose. Spare/Replacement Zube laundry box/bags may be purchased from us for £1 each. 

● You treat our driver with respect, and they will do the same in return. Abuse will not be tolerated and could lead to the suspension of you using our services. 

● Your items are handed over in reasonable condition. Zube will not check pre-existing damage to items, and therefore, cannot be held liable for such. 

● You have checked you have selected the correct Collection & Delivery dates at the time of ordering. Please Contact Us before handing your laundry over to our driver

● You choose the correct detergents, and wash options to suit your requirements and skin type. 

● Your QR Code is kept private and confidential. 

It is our responsibility to ensure:

● Your laundry is collected, cleaned and returned to the best of our standards, within the time frame provided. 

Zube cannot be held liable for:

● Any lost items 

● Colour Runs – Colour Catchers are a great way to minimise colour runs, but are not effective 100% of the time. Any risk is on the customer’s behalf

● Any skin allergies/rashes, or other injury caused by detergents, or other chemicals used during the wash process if you have selected them at the time of ordering. 

● Anything else you try to pull. So just don’t. We were all students ourselves, so we’ve got it covered. 

Payments/Cancellations:

● Please let us know before 1pm on the day of collection if you would like to reschedule or cancel your order. After 1pm, your order will be locked in, and you may still be charged – with or without your laundry!

● We will take payment at the time of you placing your order. Payments are non-refundable. 

Deliveries/Collections:

● Campus Collections and Deliveries will take place between 6pm – 8pm each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
So make sure to plan your parties around your laundry bookings! (Preferably after these times, so you at least smell nice). 

● Your Zube Kiosky inside your University Student Union will be open 12pm – 2pm Monday – Friday. 

● Zube will redeliver your items on the following Delivery/Collection date, unless you select a different day at checkout. 

● In the event you become unavailable on the day your delivery is scheduled, you could ask a friend to collect your laundry box/bag on your behalf. Send them your QR code, so our driver knows who to give your laundry to.
Only give this to somebody you trust. It’s not our fault if your QR code, (and laundry), end up in the wrong hands. If they have your QR code, they will be given your laundry! (Your consent to this is implied when you give your QR code out.)

● If you end up coming down with Fresher Flu, or something else, and can’t come collect your laundry, (and don’t have any mates to help you out), we will keep hold of it and try again next time we come. Please make sure you collect, (or make friends), the second time we bring your laundry back, otherwise we might hold it hostage, and charge you for the pleasure. 

● Zube laundry must be accepted by a person. We can’t leave laundry in a safe place, or let a non-human entity accept your laundry. 

Intellectual Property

The content on this Website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of our company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Website without our express written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Business cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected, with the use of our services or this Website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or any breach of  these Terms and Conditions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or this Website at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
