HOW IT WORKS
1. REGISTER
Register at your Zube Kiosk between 12pm – 2pm Tuesday – Friday during term time. We are located inside Newcastle University Student Union – Lower Level – inside the Merch Shop.

2. RECEIVE ZUBE LAUNDRY STARTER PACK
Once registered at the Zube Kiosk, you will receive your Zube Laundry Starter Pack and FREE Welcome Gifts straight away.
3. BUILD YOUR WASH
Now you have received your Zube Starter Pack, you can start loading your laundry! Fill your box/bag with your laundry items. As long as the lid/zip closes, it’s included in your deal.
4. PLACE YOUR ORDER
Visit our Zube Kiosk with your laundry to fill in your Order Form. Build your wash to your own specifications. Our Zube rep will check your laundry in.

5. LEAVE IT TO US
Your clothes will be transferred to our brand new state of the art laundry facility in Lemington where they will be beautifully cleaned with love.
6. PICK UP CLEAN
Your clothes will be ready to collect at our Zube Kiosk 48 hours later. If you’re in a hurry, choose our 24 hour express service when placing your order.
