ZUBE’S FORMAL CHARITABLE GIVING COMMITMENT

Zube Commits To Donating A Minimum Of 2% Of Annual Company Revenues To Charitable Partners Each Year.

This is calculated on Zube’s total annual revenue from the provision of laundry services (company turnover), not profit.

HOW WE DELIVER THIS COMMITMENT

Calculation:

The 2% donation is calculated against Zube’s total annual revenue from the provision of laundry services for each financial year.

Charitable Partners:

Zube currently donates to the following registered charitable partners:

The UK’s student mental health charity

A charity providing safe water and sanitation to communities in need

Additional charitable partners may be added at the discretion of Zube’s directors, provided they hold registered charity status.

Timing Of Donations:

Donations are made on an annual basis, following the close of each financial year.

Tracking & Record Keeping:

All charitable donations are formally recorded by Zube’s finance function. Evidence of payment is retained for each donation. The total donated is reconciled against annual revenue to confirm the 2% minimum has been met.

Reporting:

Zube’s total charitable donations as a percentage of annual revenue will be reported each year as part of our ESG and sustainability reporting.

Review:

This commitment is reviewed annually by Zube’s company directors to ensure it is being met and to assess opportunities to increase giving over time.
