How does it work?

2. Order Your Starter Pack
On your first order add a Zube starter pack.
3. Choose Your Collection Method:
One of our drivers will come directly to your door to deliver your starter pack and collect your first laundry order.. From then on, you can easily schedule collections and deliveries.

What’s included in the ZUBE Laundry Starter Pack?
The ZUBE Laundry Starter Pack contains:
1 x ZUBE Laundry Bag
2 x Mesh Bags
How do I pay?
Payment is made by card at time of ordering.
When will my clothes be ready for collection?
24 hours after collection (excluding weekends and holidays)
Please note: Orders collected on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday).
What if I’m not available when my clothes are ready to be collected?
If you can’t be there, no problem! You can ask a friend to collect your clothes for you. Just make sure they have a screenshot of your order confirmation, as we will need this to release your laundry.
Important: Be careful about who you share your account details with. Anyone who has your confirmations can collect your laundry on your behalf.
What should I do if I lose my order confirmation?
If you misplace your order confirmation, here’s what to do:
● Check your online account or emails – you should have a digital copy there.
● If you still can’t find it, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.
ZUBE SERVICES
How do I customise my wash?
With Student Laundry, you’re in full control of how your clothes are washed. When you sign up, you’ll be able to choose your preferred detergent – and this preference will apply to all your future orders (unless you update it in your account).
Detergent Options:
Ariel Biological: Powerful cleaning, excellent stain removal.
Fairy Non-Bio: Gentle option, ideal for sensitive skin and allergies.
Smol Non-Bio: Vegan, cruelty-free, eco-friendly, and 100% plastic-free
What are the Zube Deal options?
ZUBE Laundry Mega Bag Deal:
This also includes one dry cleaning item
ZUBE Super Steam:
Everything included in the Mega Deal, plus we’ll steam iron your clothes and return them folded or on hangers (excludes formal shirts).
ZUBE Drycleaning:
For items that require dry cleaning. All items will be cleaned and steam pressed, then returned on hangers.
What is a Care Label? Is it important?
Each clothing item has a Care Label – a small tag with washing and drying instructions.
Following these instructions helps protect your clothes. ZUBE can wash your clothes according to your preferences, but if some items need special care, it’s important to double-check the labels before placing your order.
There is no need to check care labels for towels, bedding, underwear, socks and other small items – only your larger pieces of clothing.

ZUBE LAUNDRY BAGS
What is the small Mesh Bag for?
This bag is for underwear.
● All personal underwear must be placed inside the mesh bag, zipped up, and placed inside your Zube Bag.
● The bag won’t be opened until after it’s been washed, ensuring your privacy and our safety.
The bag counts toward your laundry allowance and must fit inside your Zube laundry bag
What is the large Mesh Bag for?
This is for dry cleaning items.
● If you have any items that need dry cleaning put them in this bag and note it on your order.
● The bag counts toward your laundry allowance and must fit inside your Zube laundry bag.
What happens if my ZUBE Bag gets damaged whilst in my possession?
You can buy replacements directly from your driver or at your drop off point..
● Replacement Zube Bag: £2.50
● Replacement mesh bag: £1.00
● Suit carrier bags £1.50
Note: Only ZUBE bags can be used for our services.

Where do my clothes go for cleaning?
Your clothes will be cleaned at our modern, state-of-the-art laundry facility located in Newcastle. You’re welcome to visit us anytime. We even have a free ZUBE Community Area that you can use while you’re here!
Are Zube laundry facilities clean & hygienic?
Absolutely!

● All ZUBE laundry operatives wear personal protective gloves, masks, and hair nets as standard.
● All ZUBE machines are disinfected daily

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order until 2pm on the day of placing the order
