Please Note:
Remember, you can wash items at a lower temperature but not a higher temperature. So, if you have items with different water temperatures you can still wash them together providing you use the lowest temperature.
You “may” sometimes get away with using a 30º wash for cold wash items or a 40º wash for a 30º wash item, but we cannot take responsibility if your items are damaged.
You “may” get away with a ‘low heat tumble dry’ care label item using the standard service without using Zube Dryclean, but we cannot take responsibility if your items are damaged.
We definitely do not recommend a “Do not tumble dry item” without using Zube Dryclean.
If your care label shows both a dry cleaning process and a wash process, the choice is at your discretion.
Always use the coolest temperature wash where possible to ensure minimal degradation and better life expectancy for your cloths.
But if your clothes have stains, then you may want to use a warmer wash because the higher the temperature, the better for stain removal. It’s a balancing act!
Underwear, socks, bedding and towels can be safely washed without the need to read the care label
