ZUBE’S Q&A
GENERAL
There are two ways you can Register for Zube.
1) Head over to the Registration page which can be found under the My Account tab, or CLICK HERE
2) Visit your Zube Kiosk during our opening hours, to register. We are located inside your University’s Student Union.
Zube Kiosk opening times are: Tuesday – Friday 12pm – 2pm term time – excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Follow us on social media for any changes to our Kiosk opening times.
Once you have registered, head down to your designated Zube Delivery/Collection point on the next scheduled Zube date, (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6pm – 8pm),to collect your Welcome Pack from our driver. Start filling your Zube box, and place your 1st order.
If you register at your Student Union Zube Kiosk, you will receive your Welcome Gifts and Starter Pack straight away.
Our Driver will collect/deliver clothes to your Campus’ Zube Point every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 6pm and 8pm. You will receive updates on the day so you don’t miss them.
You can follow us on Socials to stay updated with our latest updates.
You can ask a friend to collect them for you – as long as they have your unique QR code, they can receive your clothes.
Please be mindful of who you allow access to your QR code. If somebody presents your QR code to our driver, they will be given access to your laundry.
If you lose your QR code, try checking your online account and emails. There should be a copy of your QR code there.

Your items will come to our modern and brand new laundry premises based in Lemington.
You are welcome to come along and visit us. Our facility has a free Zube Community Area for you to use.
ZUBE SERVICES
Once you have Registered and received your Welcome Pack, you can place your order. Head to the Order Form page to start building your wash.
Zube’s Order Form will let you tailor your wash.
Read on to find out more information about the different options you can choose, and what they mean:
Temperature: Zube offers 3 different options for your water temperature. The higher the temperature, the more thoroughly cleaned your items will be. However, some items may require a different temperature setting to others. You can find out the temperature by checking your items’ Care Label.

Good for freshening up items which don’t have any stains
30 degrees (most popular):
A good all round washing programme, ideal for most general clothing that require a good freshening up with only light staining
40 degrees: Good for heavily marked/stained items
Choose your Detergent:
Ariel Biological: A leading brand detergent with good stain removal properties
Fairy Non-biological: Ideal for sensitive skin and people with skin allergies
Smol Non-biological: Vegan/Cruelty Free/Planet Friendly/100% Plastic Free
Choose your Extras:
Colour Catcher: Prevents colour runs and recommended for most mixed washes
Stain Booster: Add a scoop of Vanish for better stain removal
Fabric Conditioner: Gives your clothes a lovely smell and soft feel. Choose from Lenor or Smol.
Zube Mega Wash: Extra long wash & rinse
24 Hour Express Service: Speed up your order with our 24 hour express service.
All items included in the Zube Mega Box, will be tumble dried on a medium heat as standard.
For any items needing a no heat tumble dry, please use Zube’s Special Care.

Every item of clothing comes with a Care Label. It is a small tag on the inside of the item, which explains how to clean it.
Use our guide to find out what the different symbols mean so you can build your wash your way:
Care Labels act as a guide for the best wash practice based on your items’ fabric. We would encourage you to take notice of Care Labels, (particularly on expensive or designer items), but it is entirely at your discretion.
Most clothing items will safely wash on the next closest temperature to what the Care Label advises. However, some may not. The choice, and risk, is yours to take.
If there are any items outside your main wash which you would like to be cleaned using a process separate from your main Zube Mega Box Deal wash, or items you do not wish to be tumble dried on a medium heat, please use Zube’s Special Care option and place these items separately inside Zube’s Special Care Bag.
We will process your items according to your order requests, not each item’s specific Care Label information.
Therefore, it is important you check your items carefully before placing your order.
Zube Mega Box:
All items inside the Zube Mega Deal box will be washed according to your wash choices and tumble dried on a medium heat. Fill your Zube Box with as much laundry as you like. As long as the lid closes, it is included in your deal! *Exclusions apply – see T&C’s
Zube Super Steam:
All items inside the Zube Mega Deal box will be washed according to your wash choices and tumble dried on a medium heat.Your items will be steam ironed and returned folded or on a hanger – depending on the item. *Excludes formal shirts
Zube Special Care:
Choose this service for any items inside your Zube Box which cannot be washed and dried in accordance with your main configurator wash. This Service should be used for items such as hand wash or items which cannot be dried on a Medium heat. This Service is also recommended for wool and silk items.
Zube Super Dry:
This service should be used for items which require Dry Cleaning and have a P on the Care Label.
These items will be cleaned using the revolutionary Miele WetCare System and will not contain potentially harmful Dry Cleaning chemicals or solvents.
ZUBE LAUNDRY BAGS
The small mesh bag is for personal underwear items. For hygiene reasons, all underwear must be placed inside the mesh bag, and zipped up. Please place the mesh bag inside your Zube Box. The mesh bags will be washed in accordance with your main wash and won’t be opened until after they have been washed.
The large mesh bag is for any Special Care items which you have noted as an extra on your order. The mesh bag must be placed inside your Zube Box and counts towards your full allowance.
The Black Suit Carrier Bags are Super Dry and Super Stream items. If Super Dry or Super Stream services have been ordered, please place the carrier bag into your Zube box before handing it to the Zube driver. Any Super Dry or Super Steam items will be returned on hangers inside your black suit carrier bag.
Wet Cleaning is the safe, environmentally friendly and effective cleaning system for materials and fabrics. The greener alternative to Dry Cleaning. effectively cleaned all garments through a safe biodegradable detergent process – a process that is truly “green”.

Please note: Our driver can only accept orders which have been packed into Zube Boxes and Bags. Other boxes and bags are not permitted for Zube use.
CANCELLATIONS
You can change your order up until 1pm the day of collection. After this time, our system will lock in your order ready for your collection, and it may be more difficult to be changed.

You can cancel your order inside your account dashboard or by contacting us….
A full refund, minus processing fees, will be provided to you as long as the cancellation has taken place before the 1pm cut off point on the day collection is scheduled.
After this time, you can cancel, but still may be charged.
