This service should be used for items such as hand wash or items which cannot be dried on a medium heat. This service is also recommended for wool and silk items. (Must fit in bag as it forms part of your allowance)

This service should be used for items which are not washable or items which have a dry cleaning requirement.
Where possible and appropriate, these items will be cleaned using the Miele ‘Wetcare’ process and will not contain traditional dry cleaning chemicals or solvents.
