Sign Up on our website. Using our user-friendly interface, enter your details and purchase your Zube Laundry Starter Pack. £2 is donated to Student Minds and the rest covers the cost of the pack
2. RECEIVE ZUBE LAUNDRY WELCOME PACK
Visit the Zube Kiosk located inside NUSU to collect your Welcome Pack. We are inside the Merchandise shop (next door to Luther’s bar) and open 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday term time
3. LOAD YOUR LAUNDRY
Now you have received your Zube Starter Pack, you can start loading your laundry! Fill your bag with your laundry items. As long as the zip closes, it’s included in your deal. T&C’ apply*
4. PLACE YOUR ORDER
Head to your account on our website, sign in and place your order! You can also bring your first laundry order with you when you come to collect your starter pack. A Zube team member will help you pack it
5. LEAVE IT TO US
Your clothes will be transferred to our brand new state of the art laundry facility in Lemington where they will be beautifully cleaned with love
6. PICK UP CLEAN
Your clean clothes will be ready to collect at our Zube Kiosk 48 hours later. Check your account for updates and track your redelivery
