GENERAL
The Registration Process
All ZUBE Registrations take place via our website. Head to our website and follow the steps to set up your ZUBE account.
After registration, you must purchase your ZUBE Laundry Starter Pack for £12 using your online account. £2 is donated to Student Minds who are our corporate partners and the UK’s leading mental health charity for Students. The remainder covers the cost of the Pack. Please note, ZUBE makes no profit from this purchase.

The ZUBE Laundry Starter Pack contains:

When ZUBE’s founder first began developing the concept, the jar was originally intended to hold identification tags and safety pins for students to label their clothing themselves. They would then remove the tags and pins to be reused again. However, after learning more about students and their behavioural habits, he realised that the idea may not fit in, so the concept was set aside. This left us with a large supply of jars ready to be repurposed. Now, we encourage you to get creative and use the jar for whatever you like!
Your clothes will be returned to the Zube Kiosk 48 hours later, ready for you to collect. You will receive notifications on your order.
If you can’t be there, no problem! You can ask a friend to collect your clothes for you. Just make sure they have a screenshot of your order confirmation, as we will need this to release your laundry.
● Important: Be careful about who you share your account details with. Anyone who has your confirmations can collect your laundry on your behalf.
If you misplace your order confirmation, here’s what to do:
● Check your online account or emails—you should have a digital copy there.
● If you still can’t find it, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.
ZUBE SERVICES
ZUBE Kiosk
A fully ZUBE staffed drop & pick up point. Feel free to pop in if you would like to speak to us, or have any questions. A Zube team member will be pleased to assist.
ZUBE Mobile Kiosk
ZUBE’s Mobile Kiosks with a staffed ZUBE team member will be located at specific points across the city for your convenience. You will be able to track the ZUBE Mobile Kiosk from inside your ZUBE Account.
ZUBE Campus Collection & Delivery
If you have opted for ZUBE Campus Collection & Delivery, our driver will collect your ZUBE Bag on their next scheduled date.
You will be able to track his location from your Zube account.
ZUBE Lockers
ZUBE Lockers – once you have placed your order, you will be allocated a pin number and locker to drop your Zube bag in. Once received, your ZUBE bag will be collected and returned clean to your locker 48 hours later. You will be able to receive tracking updates

ZUBE gives you full control of how your laundry is done. When you Sign Up, you will be asked to set your preferences. These will be used for all future orders, unless you change them.
You can easily change these inside your ZUBE Account.
Important! Please check the care labels on your clothes first.
Water Temperature Options
● Cold: Best for items that just need freshening up and have no stains. Safe for all washable items.
● 30°C (Most Popular): Ideal for most items that have light stains.
Detergent Options
● Ariel Biological: A powerful detergent known for great stain removal.
● Fairy Non-biological: Perfect for sensitive skin or allergies.
● Smol Non-biological: Vegan, cruelty-free, eco-friendly, and 100% plastic-free.
Extras
● Colour Catcher: Prevents colours from running in the wash.
● Stain Booster (Vanish): Adds extra cleaning power to remove tough stains.
● Fabric Conditioner: Choose from Lenor or Smol to make your clothes soft and smell great.
● ZUBE Mega Wash: An extra-long wash cycle for a deeper clean.
● 24-Hour Express Service: Need your laundry fast? Choose this to get it back within 24 hours!
● ZUBE Blast of Steam: This option is best to help remove creases and kill bacteria.
● ZUBE Hot Wash: Perfect for heavily stained items or more thorough cleaning. Please make sure to check the care labels before using this option.
● ZUBE Mega Deal: Fill your Zube bag with as much laundry as you can (as long as the zip closes). Your items will be washed based on your preferences and tumble-dried on medium heat.
● ZUBE Super Steam: This includes everything in the Mega Deal, plus we’ll steam iron your clothes and return them folded or on hangers depending on the item (excludes formal shirts).
● ZUBE Special Care: For items that need special attention, like hand-wash-only, do not tumble dry or low tumble dry. Also good for delicate fabrics like wool & silk.
● ZUBE Super Dry: For items that require dry cleaning. All items will be cleaned and strewn pressed – returned back on hangers.
Wet Cleaning is an environmentally friendly, safe, and effective alternative to traditional dry cleaning. It uses biodegradable detergents and no harmful chemicals, so your clothes stay clean and the environment stays green.
Each clothing item has a Care Label—a small tag with washing and drying instructions.
Following these instructions helps protect your clothes. ZUBE can wash your clothes according to your preferences, but if some items need special care, it’s important to double-check the labels before placing your order.
There is no need to check care labels for towels, bedding, underwear, socks and other small items – only your larger pieces of clothing.

ZUBE LAUNDRY BAGS
This bag is for underwear.
● All personal underwear must be placed inside the mesh bag, zipped up, and placed inside your Zube Bag.
● The bag won’t be opened until after it’s been washed, ensuring your privacy and our safety.
The bag counts toward your laundry allowance and must fit inside your Zube laundry bag
This is for Special Care items.
● If you have any items needing special care (like hand-wash or low-heat drying), put them in this bag and note it on your order.
● The bag counts toward your laundry allowance and must fit inside your Zube laundry bag.
These bags are for items in the Super Dry and Super Steam services where items are pressed and returned back on hangers.
This bag should be handed over or placed separately to your ZUBE laundry bag. Please do not put it inside your laundry bag.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Yes, you can make changes until 1 pm on the day of collection.
● After 1 pm, the system will lock in your order, making it difficult to change. If you’re having trouble, contact us.
You can cancel your order through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
● A full refund (minus processing fees) is available if the cancellation is made before the 1 pm cut-off time. After that, cancellations are still possible but may incur charges.
