Definitions:
We/Us = Zube
You/Your = you, the student/customer/person using Zube
Zube Bags:
Mesh Bag – for smalls/personal items. Items placed inside this bag will not be directly handled until after they have been cleaned.
Special Care Bag: for any items which have special requests, which are charged at an extra cost per item. By placing items in your Special Care bag, you give consent for any items placed in Special Care with care labels marked with P, to be Wet or Dry Cleaned, if required.
Standard Laundry Bag: All items, including Mesh Bag, and Special Care bag must be placed inside the Standard Laundry Zube Bag, and will contribute towards the total bag allowance.
● Service Standards:
Please note, all items in the Zube Mega Bag & Super Steam deal will be machine washed using your chosen water temperature and tumble dried on a medium heat. If any item cannot be safely washed and dried in this manner, please select Special Care service or Zube Super dry. Zube cannot have held responsible for any damage that may result from not selecting the correct service and options
It is your responsibility to ensure:
● All pockets are checked before handing over laundry bag to us. We cannot be held responsible for items left in pockets
● You have selected, and double checked you have ordered the correct services from us, before handing over your laundry bag to us
● If you have made a mistake on your order, you let us know as soon as possible
● Items are placed inside the correct laundry bags before handing it/them to us
● Your laundry bag is secured before handing it over to us
● Your laundry bag is not overfilled or unable to close. This may lead to your laundry being refused or you being asked to remove items.
● Your laundry is handed over in a Zude provided bag only. Any other bag may be refused.
● Your laundry bag stays in good condition and fit for purpose. Spare/Replacement Zube laundry bags may be purchased from us. Please visit our Q&A’s page for costs.
● You treat our Zube staff with respect, and they will do the same in return. Abuse will not be tolerated and could lead to the suspension of you using our services.
● Your items are handed over in reasonable condition. Zube will not check for pre-existing damage to items, and therefore, cannot be held liable for such.
● You have checked you have selected the correct pick up dates at the time of ordering.
● You choose the correct detergents, and options to suit your requirements and skin type.
It is our responsibility to ensure:
● Your laundry is collected, cleaned and returned to the best of our standards.
● Your information is kept private and confidential.
Zube cannot be held liable for:
● Any lost items
● Any damage to your items caused by selecting a unsuitable service for your order. We advise care labels are checked before ordering
● Any skin allergies/rashes, or other injury caused by detergents, or other chemicals used during the cleaning process.
None collections:
We will keep your order for a maximum of 4 weeks after which we reserve the right to dispose of as we deem appropriate, if not collected.
Payments/Cancellations/Refunds
● Please let us know before 2pm on the day of placing your order if you would like to reschedule or cancel your order. After 2pm, your order will be locked in, and you may still be charged
● We will take payment at the time of you placing your order. Payments are non-refundable. Refunds are at our discretion.
Pick up & Drop off:
●We will do our best to ensure your order is collected and delivered according to your requests. However we cannot be responsible for consequential losses as a result of unexpected and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control
Intellectual Property
The content on this Website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of our company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Website without our express written permission.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Business cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected, with the use of our services or this Website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or this Website at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
