Zube has teamed up with Fight Night Newcastle, the official university boxing club, ahead of its November matches as its official sponsor.
With two upcoming events, Tuesday 26th November and Thursday 28th November, the Fight Night Newcastle is a sell out event that sees student boxers complete an 8-week camp before stepping into the ring.
The white collar boxing promises to bring in 2,400 students and with a huge social following of over 10,000 Fight Night Newcastle has tapped into student culture, making it the perfect fit for a Zube sponsorship.
Highlighting the partnership Zube’s founder Nav Dulai said: “As a student focused business we couldn’t ignore the popularity of Fight Night Newcastle. We’re pleased to sponsor the two events in November and to play a part in helping make the student nights such a success.
“Zube is an integral part of student life and the university journey, and that includes popular events like boxing, nights out and more. Sponsoring a student boxing match is more than just supporting a sport—it’s investing in discipline, resilience and the community that surrounds the student boxing club, both in the ring and outside it.”
Jermaine, from Fight Night Newcastle, added: “We’ve welcomed the support from Zube and they’re a perfect partner for us and the students of Newcastle.
“It’s been great to have them on board ahead of our two big November fights, and to have them as a key sponsor. They’re a brilliant partner for student life and the student community.”
